Contract Scotland has a fantastic opportunity for a Business Support Administrator to join our client, a Civil Engineering consultancy based in Musselburgh. This is a permanent position and offers you the chance to work with an established and professional business.
This is an office-based role, Monday to Friday 9 am to 5 pm.
You will support the business by providing administrative support to the Director, Managers and wider team. Duties will include:
* Being the first point of contact for people calling or attending the office
* Diary management
* Preparing documents for meetings, as required by the Director
* Updating and maintaining the company’s Management system
* Filing and retrieving files, both paper and electronic
* Taking minutes at meetings and distributing copies to relevant parties
* Collating and distributing reports and emails
* Processing orders for stationery, IT and PPE allocating purchase order number
This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who is looking for a busy, professional, and supportive office environment. You must have the ability to work off your initiative and at times, manage your workload with minimal supervision.
