This is a permanent full time role working 37 hours per week.
The main duties of the roles include:
Lead on labelling improvements, printing, technology, regulations, and training
Manage change control forms for projects including IT change controls
Take responsibility for and manage projects providing appropriate level of support
Generate or change graphics and text in the labelling system and co-ordinate approval
Generate, or change, and organize approval of department documents (including Artwork) and files and all relevant approval forms
Co-ordinate with outside contractors for the translation of text and the creation of graphics
Take individual responsibility and work independently for assigned work. Making effective use of own resource and time by effective planning in co-ordination with time scales defined by project team / direct line manager
Maintaining department documents
Non inventory purchasing
Comply with site Health and Safety procedures.
Additional skills/abilities:
Preferably GCSE or equivalent in English / mathematics
Preferably previous experience of administration
Strong PC skills
Ability to have attention to detail
Ability to develop skills in graphics arena
Ability to work as part of a team and manage own day to day activities.
