Social Media Manager

Stark, a leading building materials distributor in Northern Europe, is looking for a Social Media Manager who's as passionate about great service as we are.

What you’ll be doing:
1. Support the portfolio of STARK UK business brands from an operational marketing perspective to drive awareness, engagement, loyalty, sales, and enviable market share.
2. Position STARK UK, its brands, and leaders through media and industry platforms to support strategic business wins, thought leadership, community work, and industry awards.
3. Build strong community engagement and societal reputation.
4. Report on social media performance monthly in line with pre-set KPIs.
5. Work closely with National Campaigns to optimize social media in programmatic work.
6. Collaborate with the business to meet and exceed expectations on whole-project programmes.
7. Develop and lead a highly effective team to work collaboratively with peers, agencies, and stakeholders.
8. Utilize data and insights to shape decisions and success measures.
9. Understand and consider strategic interventions to drive account and revenue growth.
What you’ll need to have:
1. Bachelor’s and/or post-graduate degree or related qualification in Marketing, Commerce, Communications, social media, or similar.
2. Experience in marketing to traditional and hard-to-reach B2B audiences via traditional and digital media.
3. High proficiency with data analysis and its application to decision-making and impact measurement.
4. Skilled in building and managing multi-channel social media plans.
5. Proficiency with digital and traditional marketing communication channels.
6. Solid knowledge of customer relationship and stakeholder management, and content management systems.
7. Availability for ad-hoc out-of-hours work.
