Data and Systems Analyst
Location: UK based, with flexibility for hybrid or remote working
Role Type: Permanent, Full-time, 37 hours per week
We are recruiting for a Data and Systems Analyst, with the option of remote working or you can work from one our UK offices in the South or North of England.
The role will work alongside colleagues in the MI, Data and CRM team to provide analysis and reporting on a range of management information relating to Education Development Trust Careers and its portfolio of contracts such as delivery of the National Careers Service. You will provide support for colleagues on the data and MI platforms across Education Development Trust.

You will have:
have an ICT qualification at Level 3 (or equivalent) or with relevant data handling experience
a good understanding or relational databases and knowledge of SQL
have advanced knowledge of Microsoft packages including, Excel (V Look Ups, Pivot Table and Macros), Access, Word & PowerPoint
have knowledge of Microsoft PowerApps and PowerPlatform
show an understanding of and commitment to data security and safeguarding policies
had previous experience of quality monitoring systems to ensure databases are running error free
have had experience analysing management information from preparing regular qualitative and quantitative management information summaries and reports, identifying trends to inform decision making
have previous experience working within a System Administrator role for MI systems and databases.

Interviews details: If shortlisted, you will be asked to submit a short test, and if these meets the requirements of the next stage a 30-minute informal chat with the hiring manager will be scheduled. The next stage will after this will be a formal interview and to meet other members of the team via Microsoft Teams.
