Your new role
This is a temporary HR Administrator job to assist my client through a busy period and support while they recruit within their team. You will be joining a friendly and established HR team. Duties will be varied and not limited to:
1. Uploading job vacancies to job boards and websites
2. Compiling applications and arranging interviews
3. HR Administration for starters/leavers and any amends
4. Ensure all pre-employment documentation is completed
5. Produce monthly standardised reports
6. Administer all payroll calculations and actions
7. Record and process any changes in job title, hours, salary, promotions
8. Monitor the HR inbox and deal with all enquiries in a timely manner
9. Ensure HR processes and data management are GDPR-compliant
10. Archiving and housekeeping of people's records and information
What you'll need to succeed
Current and proven administration experience (ideally within an HR Team)
Excellent IT skills, particularly Excel, Outlook and Microsoft Teams
Highly organised
Excellent customer service skills
Innovative approach
