This role is an opportunity to join the Vacuum Technique, Human Resources, Business Area team and provide high quality HR support to the Enabling Functions. The role holder will work closely with the Head of HR for Enabling Functions to deliver exceptional Early Careers programmes across the Enabling Functions.
This role will be required to drive the delivery of the Early Careers Strategy to enable organizational sustainability for the Enabling Functions. This is a highly consultative, strategic, and collaborative role and an exciting opportunity to be involved in building a diverse and robust talent pipeline. This requires someone who can deliver high quality programmes whilst always looking to continually improve.
The job holder must be highly organised with the ability to prioritise activity in a fast paced and changing environment. They must have good project management and delivery capabilities with a strong foundation in Early Careers programme design and delivery.
Responsibilities
* Lead the Enabling Functions Early Careers strategy ensuring that the functions have the right talent pipelines in place to set them up for success in the future.
* Manage the end-to-end processes for the annual programmes, graduates, year in industry and apprentices. This includes managing attraction, recruitment, and development of all programmes.
* Design and implement a truly Global Early Careers programme for the Enabling Functions. Developing and executing an Early Careers strategy that is relevant for local markets.
* Responsible for the data collection, analysis and reporting on program performance. Make sound cases supported by data and evidence to improve and evolve our programs.
* Be continuously looking to improve all aspects of the Early Careers role keeping up to date with industry trends and finding innovative ways to improve delivery, efficiency and employee experience.
Experience Requirements
* Relevant previous experience managing and developing early careers programmes.
* Bachelors degree in relevant discipline would be beneficial.
* CIPD qualifications would be beneficial.
* Familiar working in an international, multi-brand, matrix organisation and with working with senior management.
* Experience of operating in a continuously changing and evolving environment.
* Ability to understand and use HR Systems.
* The role may require a small amount of international travel.
