About My Client
My client is a rapidly growing, revenue generating tech business focused on developing innovative technology solutions. They are looking for a visionary leader to drive their technology strategy and continue scaling their business.
The Role
As CTO, you will take ownership of the technology strategy, roadmap, and execution, leading the engineering and product teams. You will collaborate with senior leadership to ensure the successful scaling of the platform and the growth of the technology team.
Key Responsibilities
* Define and drive the long-term technology strategy.
* Lead and build high-performing engineering and product teams.
* Ensure technology initiatives align with business goals and drive operational efficiency.
* Stay ahead of trends in Big Data, IoT and GenAI to maintain a competitive edge.
* Manage risk, security, and compliance processes.
About You
* Proven leadership experience in a technology company, ideally at the Director level or above.
* Strong background in software engineering, systems architecture, and cloud technologies.
* Experience with Big Data/IoT solutions and knowledge of GenAI is highly desirable.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* A strategic thinker with hands-on technical expertise.
