Are you passionate about premium vehicles and enjoy being on the move? We’re looking for a friendly, proactive, and supportive team player to join our dealership team as a sales Driver.
This role is key to keeping our site running smoothly—making sure customer and sales vehicles are always in the right place, at the right time, and presented to the highest standard.
Key Responsibilities
* Transporting BMW and MINI vehicles safely between the dealership, storage compound, and other key locations.
* Organising and presenting vehicles on-site to ensure a clean, professional display.
* Carrying out basic vehicle checks—fuel levels, cleanliness, and condition—and reporting any issues.
* Assisting with vehicle preparation for customer handovers and test drives.
* Maintaining accurate records of vehicle movements and reporting any incidents promptly.
* Providing excellent customer service and being a helpful, supportive presence around the site.
* Keeping health, safety, and housekeeping standards high across the working environment.
* Adapting to new challenges and supporting the wider team when needed.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
We need someone who’s not just good behind the wheel, but also:
* Friendly, helpful, and approachable—you’ll be interacting with both colleagues and customers.
* Supportive and proactive—always ready to lend a hand and keep things moving.
* Able to work independently—you’ll often be trusted to manage your own schedule and make decisions on the go.
* Detail-oriented—you’ll spot things others might miss.
* Adaptable—able to juggle priorities and remain calm under pressure.
* A full, clean UK driving licence.
* Previous experience in a similar role is a bonus, but not essential.
* A good knowledge of local routes.
* A genuine interest in premium vehicles—especially BMW and MINI.
