* Ensure compliance with all airline regulations and requirements.
* Monitor and improve operational performance.
* Handle emergency situations and make quick decisions.
* Recruit, onboard, and train high-performing employees to meet goals.
* Maintain project timelines to ensure tasks are completed effectively.
* Develop, implement, and oversee budgetary and resource allocation plans.
* Delegate responsibilities to the most qualified employees while enforcing policies, procedures, standards, guidelines, training programs, and cultural values.
* Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance and quality of the serivice.
* Resolve internal staff conflicts efficiently, ensuring mutual benefits for all parties involved.
