Mixtons is a fast-growing Ready-to-Drink (RTD) cocktail brand that’s shaking up an industry that’s stuck in the past. As we continue our mission to become the most loved RTD brand on the planet, we’re on the hunt for a talented Content Creator to elevate our brand presence and engage with our audience in fresh, exciting ways. This is a unique opportunity to be at the forefront of our creative efforts and help shape the future of Mixtons.

* Mixtons has the largest events presence of any RTD brand in the UK, sponsoring the likes of Boardmasters, Kendall Calling, Victorious and Bournemouth 7’s, alongside being the exclusive cocktail partner for Winter Wonderland’s Ice Bar.
* Won 2 major listings at Wholefoods and WHSmiths, with one SKU being the 2nd best selling of any RTD in WF.
* Begun scaling our trade accounts, going live at Indigo at the O2.
* Alcohol titans on board including ex-CMO Pernod Ricard, exited founder of Hi-Spirits/Chairman at Proof Drinks, ex-MD at Distill Ventures.

What’s the Role?
As a Content Creator, you will drive the creative vision of Mixtons, bringing our brand to life across multiple platforms. Reporting directly to one of the founders, your key responsibilities will include:
* Creative Content Strategy: Develop and implement a content strategy that aligns with Mixtons' brand goals, ensuring consistency and creativity across all platforms.
* Original Storytelling: Craft narratives that highlight the unique value proposition of Mixtons, engaging our audience through authentic and relatable content.
* Content Creation: The majority focus will be on video; seeing through the idea, capturing and then editing with feedback.
* Event Execution: Attend major events to capture unique content of the “Mixtons Moment” in action.
* Be the Face of the Brand: You’ll be comfortable both in front of and behind the camera, building a personal brand around your personality and Mixtons.
* Develop a “house style”: We don’t follow trends, we set them. You’ll be responsible for crafting a Mixtons style for our content that is instantly recognisable.
* Lead Innovative Ideation: Constantly be looking at how we can create truly game-changing, disruptive and on-brand content.

* 2-3 years of content creation experience, either personally or professionally.
* Excellent editing skills, constantly striving to improve.
* A natural on camera, with the charisma to be the face of a vibrant brand.
* Exceptional storytelling and visual content skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Proactive and organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Fearless and driven, not afraid to put themselves out there to capture the best moments.
* A collaborative spirit, ready to work closely with our marketing and events teams to create standout content.
* You’ll enjoy a fast pace, and be adaptable to every day being different.

* Absolutely obsessed with content, storytelling, editing, video production and honing your craft.

Please apply with a video following this brief: Our core brand message revolves around twists. Create a piece of content that introduces yourself, but make sure it contains a 'twist' at any point, however you want to define 'twist'. This is your chance to get creative! You'll be assessed on 4 parts: storytelling (does it flow), engagement (are we compelled to keep watching), video/sound capture (is it good quality) and editing (is it well cut/do any effects add to the video). 1 minute max.
