We are looking for a mortgage administrator to join our team, to assist two of our busy mortgage advisers with their mortgage processing. This candidate will be the first point of contact for clients, providing updates on their mortgage applications.

Work
As an apprentice, you’ll work at a company and get hands-on experience. You’ll gain new skills and work alongside experienced staff.
What you’ll do at work
This role includes but is not limited to the following duties: -
* Answering the telephone.
* Checking client documents prior to application submission.
* Processing mortgage applications for clients, all data to be entered 100% accurately.
* Sending out documentation to clients.
* Submitting paperwork to product providers.
* Chasing providers, to ensure that products are in place within the required timescales.
* Closing off files upon completion, scanning and shredding.
* Assisting colleagues with any other duties, as reasonably requested.

The Financial Services Administrator apprenticeship is ideal for learners beginning an entry level role in the financial sector.
As an entry level role, this apprenticeship provides the foundation knowledge, skills and experience for progression along a number of career paths.
