Job summary We are a busy and rapidly expanding GP surgery looking for 2 full time, experienced medical receptionists/Administrators for an immediate start. You will be required to work between our main site at Manor Street, Glossop and our two other sites, in Glossop and Hadfield. The successful candidates will be the first point of contact for our patients and will have excellent customer care skills along with a pleasant and helpful personality. You will be willing to take part in all aspects of surgery activity and have a good work ethic and proactive attitude to your role. Duties will include, but are not extensive to: Manning our front reception desk and assisting our patients both face to face and by telephone. You will also be proficient at dealing with all practice administration including communication via email and online correspondence.
