The Early Intervention Team works with people ages 14-65 experiencing First Episode of Psychosis.
To participate in the provision of high-quality care, you will be involved in assessing, supporting, and monitoring service users who are experiencing First Episode Psychosis or are suspected of developing psychosis. This role will require working in various community settings, liaising, and co-working with other services, both statutory and non-statutory. You will also work with the families and carers of service users, seeing them in their own homes, clinics, or other environments such as hostels, supported living, and residential settings.
Key Responsibilities:
* Understanding the problems associated with psychosis.
* Good communicator with the ability to develop rapport with people.
* Ability to work within a team, demonstrating flexibility, patience, and reliability.
* Possess a full driving license and have access to a car to transport passengers/clients.
* Understanding the impact of mental and physical health problems on a person's overall well-being.
