Job Description
* Lead the financial planning, budgeting and forecasting processes for the division
* Provide financial insights and analysis to support strategic decision making
* Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting in line with company and statutory requirements
* Manage the division's capital expenditure and project accounting
* Oversee the cost accounting and inventory valuation processes
* Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the division
* Ensure compliance with financial controls and procedures
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the finance function
The Successful Applicant
* A recognised professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
* Proven experience in a similar role within the industrial/manufacturing sector
* Strong financial analysis and reporting skills
* Excellent stakeholder management abilities
* Knowledge of financial systems and processes
* High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
