As our Talent Acquisition Coordinator you will support the People team on talent acquisition activity across the business and lead all on-boarding activity. What youll be doing Providing administrative support to the Talent Acquisition Business Partner on all recruitment activity from logging recruitment requests, advert development and deployment, monitoring all candidate applicants and ensure applications are dealt with in a timely manner. Screening candidates as directed by the TABP. Providing feedback to hiring managers too allow for selection for interview. Support hiring managers during the recruitment selection process to ensure they understand the applicant tracking system and recruitment framework. Providing weekly updates to the business on all live vacancies within the region Booking of all interviews, coordinating diaries and meeting room booking. Ensure that all candidates attending interview are fully briefed on the process and the company and receive regular feedback during the process. As directed, deployment of all candidate aptitude testing. Monitoring results and providing feedback to the hiring manager as to whether candidates should proceed in the recruitment process. Providing timely feedback as requested to unsuccessful candidates. Attending any interviews as and when required, ensuring Hiring Managers are compliant to the recruitment framework. Support in the offer stage of the process from ensuring candidates have the right to work in the UK and arrangement of preplacement medicals. Collating of employment references and follow up. Working with the People Coordinator on offers of employment and paperwork return to ensure all in place for 1 st day of employment Add any successful hires to all relevant internal systems to ensure a smooth onboarding process. Support the hiring manager on the onboarding process and provide administrative support as required. Oversee the onboarding process in guidance from the TABP and constantly reviewing the process. Manage the relevant feedback surveys for the onboarding process Management of all recruitment invoicing, inputting on to SAP for approval and working with Purchasing to ensure compliance. Provide support when required to the monthly headcount reports. Ensure that the People Coordinator has all correct information on the internal systems for up to date (daily) headcount reporting Provide general office support as and when required What wed love for you to have: We are interested in you as a person, your attitude, behaviours, and values.
