German speaking Accounts Administrator/Assistant Permanent, Hybrid | Newport | Salary c£28,000 | Annual leave starting at 25 days (plus bank holidays) I'm partnering with a global manufacturing business based in Newport that is looking for a German-speaking Accounts Administrator to join their shared services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for various financial processes supporting the daily operation of our client's European entities. You will need to demonstrate your ability to communicate fluently with our client's German finance team to build strong relationships, work to a high level of accuracy, and meet tight deadlines. Responsibilities: Assist in the preparation and maintenance of financial records, including invoices, receipts, and payments. Process Travel & Expenses submissions as well as answering related queries. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately. Reconcile bank statements and ensure discrepancies are resolved promptly. Support month-end and year-end closing processes. Requirements: Must be a fluent German speaker Has previous experience in an accounting or finance role. Is proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Has strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting. Possesses excellent organisational and time management skill.
