Online Home Shop (OHS) are one of the fastest growing online home retailers in the North West. We aim to offer on-trend products for home and life, for a price that suits all budgets. OHS have everything from the latest bedding styles, soft towels, throws, curtains, rugs and best-selling hoodie blankets.
Reporting to the E-Commerce Manager, the E-Commerce Assistant will be a self-starter and ideally a recent graduate with a Marketing-related degree. Training will be provided.
Main Duties
1. Update product listings in the Magento web platform
2. Merchandise the website
3. Add new products and categories to the website
4. Run and compile reports to show E-Commerce trading performance
5. Run and compile reports to show product sales performance
6. Other tasks as required
Skills & Experience
1. Degree-educated (Marketing-related degree preferred)
2. Excellent IT skills, knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel etc.
3. Ability to develop strong working relationships with all key business departments e.g. Buying & Merchandising, Digital Marketing, Warehouse, Customer Service to ensure smooth execution of all projects
4. Strong organisational skills and the ability to adapt to changes and tackle challenges efficiently and effectively.
5. Ability to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.

This role is 5 days in the office which is based at M28 2LX - please only apply if you are comfortable with this.
