* Support administration processes in respect of Promotional Activity by way Interrogating business systems and populating data to provide visibility of key decision-making data.
* Provide data for reviewing of specifics lines, planograms’, and promotions.
* Support supplier relationships by providing adhoc data as required.
* Sharing and distributing Supplier updates as required
* Supporting procurement by way of sourcing and processing purchase requests
* Marketing support by way of supporting the producing of the Store Development update section of the tri weekly Marketing Update including providing relevant Store Development data to Marketing Department.
* Store Relationships. Support dealing with Area and Store Managers queries with information relating to all aspects of Store Development.
* Supporting with several varied projects relating to Prodcuts, Pricing and Product Positioning
* Ensure effective use of IT systems, in line with the relevant Company policies and procedures.
* To support the achievement of overarching department KPIs through focus on profitability and growth of Gross Margin
* To adopt a Customer Centric focus towards all activities
* Ensure that all communication with both internal and external relationship partners are made in a courteous, professional manner always.
* Proficient in both Microsoft Excel and Word
