Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Operations Support Assistant to join our client in the HULL area on a Full-time basis.
Key Responsibilities:
* Scheduling: Plan meetings, conference calls, and information sessions
* Reporting: Prepare reports and add new information to order forms
* Communication: Respond to questions from customers and other departments
* Document management: Organize and file important documents
* Inventory management: Order supplies and inventory
* Project management: Develop strategies to improve business processes
* Problem solving: Identify and resolve issues
* Multitasking: Handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Attention to detail: Pay close attention to details, especially when there are interruptions
* Time management: Work to deadlines and manage time well
Requirements:
* Previous experience in a similar role
* Happy to work a varied role
* Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude
* Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
* Reliable and punctual
