Salary: Up to£45,365.00 per annum dependent on experience
Hours: 37.5hours per week; Monday to Friday

As part of our continued growth, we are looking for anAssistant Headteacher to join our wonderful team at BelmontSecondary School located in Rawtenstall.
About the role
Inaddition to agreed responsibilities as a member of the LeadershipTeam you will undertake an active role in the leadership,management and strategic development of the school.
Job Purpose
* To assist the Head of School in developing theschool as a high quality specialist provision for pupils withsocial, emotional and mental health difficulties(SEMH);
* To uphold theethos, aims and values of the school, its policies and codes ofpractice at all times;
* Tohelp manage the structure and organisation of the schoolday;
* To manage the schoolin the absence of the Head of School and Deputy Head Teacher asappropriate;
* To carry outthe agreed specific duties of the Assistant Head Teacher (Behaviourand Attitudes and Personal Development).
