Pensions Client Service Manager - Birmingham & Hybrid

We're seeking a Client Services Manager to become part of our Birmingham Pensions team. This hybrid position offers the flexibility to work remotely or from our Birmingham office.

What the day will look like
Working as part of our wider pensions team out of our Birmingham centre of excellence you will be the link between the delivery teams and both client facing teams and clients. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with a number of clients, you will work with each client to understand their own unique needs and requirements. You will be dealing with a range of activities across a portfolio of clients including:
* Day to day service discussions and reporting
* Understanding requirements of client specific projects and annual events
* Keeping track of actions and reporting on progress
* Keeping abreast of service operating model and new client opportunities
Skills and experience that will lead to success
* Pensions experience or background
* Strong relationship building
* Ability to manage activities across multiple clients
* Desire to provide a service that exceeds expectations
* Team worker but ability to work autonomously
