Role Responsibilities:
* Managing our client experience from your first interaction.
* Client onboarding and administration.
* Negotiate and close contracts with a strong working knowledge of key contractual provisions – Clients and suppliers.
* Identify opportunities to reduce costs, increase revenue or work more efficiently.
* Build and maintain close working relationships with the new business and client services teams.
* Overseeing the daily operation of the office, ensuring a safe and secure working environment for staff and visitors.
* Managing office supplies and inventory, including ordering and restocking as needed.
* Coordinating travel arrangements for team members.
* Daily set-up of the office, organizing client lunches and travel arrangements.
* Coordinate and manage the company’s events in conjunction with the Brand team.
Skills and Knowledge:
* 2+ years experience in a similar role or one containing similar experience.
* Demonstrable commercial acumen.
* Authoritative, which is how you carry both yourself and your message within the organisation and when client-facing.
* Able to lead persuasive negotiations with strong influencing skills.
* Experience in relationship-building.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with a drive to complete tasks to a very high standard.
