The role:
As a Geotechnical Engineer, you will be responsible for:
* Leading geotechnical design and analysis for major infrastructure projects, including foundations, retaining structures, embankments, slopes, and tunnels.
* Conducting site investigations, soil and rock assessments, and geotechnical risk evaluations.
* Preparing and reviewing technical reports, design calculations, and specifications.
* Managing multidisciplinary project teams to ensure successful and cost-effective project delivery.
* Providing technical oversight and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
* Engaging with clients and stakeholders to develop strong professional relationships.
* Supporting business development efforts, including writing proposals and securing new projects.
* Mentoring junior engineers and contributing to team development.
* Representing the company at industry events and technical conferences.
