The Role: Reporting to the Purchase Ledger Manager, the Finance Assistant will work closely with the wider finance team on a range of accounting and administrative tasks including: Processing purchase orders and supplier invoices Reconciling supplier statements Processing staff expenses and payments Supporting bank reconciliations and fleet payment processing Handling stock movements and investigating anomalies Assisting with job costing data input Managing the accounts inbox and supplier queries What’s in it for you?
