Interim Talent Acquisition Coordinator
Location: Oxford/Work from home
Salary: £30,000 + completion bonus
We are looking to recruit an experienced Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering a major project. This role is fully remote but will require attendance at weekly meetings to determine progress against key deliverables for client delivery in this fast-moving and deadline driven industry.

The Role:
Support the Talent Acquisition Manager in delivering a first-class service to hiring managers and candidates along the whole recruitment journey, ensuring all parties are dealt with professionally, efficiently and in line with best practice
Creating talent pipelines across the UK by way of recruitment tools, social media, job boards, referrals, etc.
Volume screening of candidates applications and assessing suitability against available roles
Monitoring and searching candidate databases to identify potential candidates
Conducting telephone screening against set criteria
Booking and confirming interviews both with candidates, Talent Acquisition Manager and hiring managers
Maintaining consistent lines of communication with all candidates ensuring they are kept up to date with all developments
Handling general queries via calls, messages and emails
Manage tracker with updates as roles progress
General administration duties to ensure continued GDPR compliance and confirmation of Right to Work eligibility
The Person:
Previous experience within a fast-moving recruitment, talent acquisition or HR function
Must have worked supporting a high-volume, high-quality customer services, or call centre project
Exceptional organisational skills
Previous resourcing skills using job boards, social media, and referrals
Engaging & energetic communicator, with excellent written & verbal communication skills
IT literate, especially with MS Office and, ideally, with an ATS
A genuine passion for customer service and exceptional client delivery
Experience of working remotely/working from home
Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail
Able to work effectively under pressure to tight deadlines
Have a flexible, adaptable approach and willingness to learn new skills.
