Clinic Manager required for Aesthetic and Wellness Clinic.

We are a medical, aesthetic and wellness clinic with a holistic approach to patient care, housing six clinical treatment rooms, a minor operative suite and complimentary wellness therapies including a full spectrum infrared sauna and cryotherapy chamber, a first in Leicester! We offer a comprehensive selection of clinically effective aesthetic and wellness-based treatments using state-of-the-art medical products and devices that are backed by scientific evidence.

As the Manager, you will support the Clinical Director in ensuring the smooth running of the treatment department and provide effective professional management to your team regarding training, standards, and meeting sales targets, as well as performing high-quality treatments. With client satisfaction at the forefront of what we do, you will ensure guest schedules are suitable and extra care is taken at all times.
As the Manager, you will have previous experience as a Senior Therapist, experience in managing people, and hold NVQ Level 4 in Laser and Level 3 in Beauty (Level 4 Beauty is advantageous). You will require strong commercial awareness skills.
This is a full-time role on a 37.5 hours per week schedule.
Qualifications and Experience
* Minimum of 1 year of clinic management experience with a positive, solution-focused mindset.
* Experience in operations and a strong background in driving sales.
* Experience with Zenoti system - Desirable.
* Good people management skills, capable of building and leading high-performing teams.
* Experience of working within a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
* Ability to work flexibly, to suit the hours and needs of the business including evening and weekend working.
Key responsibilities include
* Lead and mentor a team of skilled clinicians, therapists, and administrative staff to maintain a high level of performance and customer service.
* Ensure that all procedures, treatments, and services being offered meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance with regulations.
* Focus on providing exceptional patient experiences and maintaining a positive and welcoming environment for all clients.
* Collaborate with the team to develop and implement strategies for business growth, marketing initiatives, and expanding the client base.
* Promote and raise the profile of Leicester MediSpa, taking an active role in advertising/marketing.
* You will also be able to undertake clinical treatments on a regular basis.
* Ensure that you and the team participate in ongoing learning, training, and development.
* Manage new patient enquiries, ongoing patient support, and clinic bookings.
* Ensure all team members adhere to the practice policies.
* Ensure any accreditation/regulatory standards are met and adhered to.
