We are seeking an experienced UK Field Sales Manager to fulfil the business potential of our automotive brand.
Reporting to the Managing Director, the role will require a driven individual with the ability and aptitude to work on a global scale and promote expedient brand growth.
Previous Field Sales and Management Experience is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
1. Hand On Approach, a real "Pull you sleeves up" and get involved role
2. Visit potential customers to prospect for new business.
3. Work with multiple departments within the business
4. Gathering market and customer information.
5. Representing the organisation at trade exhibitions, events and demonstrations.
6. Negotiating variations in price, delivery and specifications with other managers.
7. Advising on forthcoming product developments and discussing special promotions.
8. Checking vehicles in build with production and being a key point of contact.
9. Gaining a clear understanding of customers' businesses and requirements.
Skills
10. Previous Field Sales and Management Experience in the automotive industry.
11. Proven Sales experience
12. Must possess strong IT skills and have the ability to create and implement Strategic Sales Plans

14. Be able to work under pressure and meet targets
15. Possess excellent communications skills
16. Be able to analyse and interpret research data

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £35,000.00 per year
Additional pay:
23. Commission pay (OTE £65,000)
