The Design Lead/Manager will be the creative lead and brand guardian for the visual brand language for our Intimate and Digestive Health Category. Creatively connecting our brands to consumers, at the moments that matter most, in seamless multichannel consumer experiences. The remit includes existing portfolio & innovation; product & communications, and digital & physical channels.
The role will be hands-on from day 1. The Design Lead/Manager will enjoy crafting design themselves and have a passion for consumer health brands. They will be able to manage and direct external agencies and our internal in-house design team to bring our brand assets, campaigns, products, and packaging into production OTIF.
