You will be responsible for delivering high quality services, ensuring that all revenues are continuing to grow in line with future growth strategies. Although the role is predominantly office based, you will be required to travel to clients and events throughout the year when needed. The successful candidate will have previous people management experience and would have had experience in logistics coordination or shipping. Duties & Responsibilities: Daily management of a team of Client Coordinators, focusing on high service delivery at all times. Managing the workload distribution across the team and maintaining appropriate staffing numbers. Technical overview and main point of contact for Client Coordinators and Clients to assist in resolving complex queries Main point of contact for the laboratory staff to assist in resolving issues and problems as they arise Keep up to date with market intelligence and best practises Build strong links to both our Sales and Marketing teams Responsible for effective cash collection, including liaising with our Credit Control team regularly Overseeing data quality of clients and their agreements to ensure that they are regularly kept up to date Health & Safety liaison with the QHSE Manager Keeping up-to-date with market intelligence. Building strong connections to the Sales and Marketing teams. Attending client meetings and events as and when required. Adherance of company quality systems. Your Background and Skill: Degree level or equivalent experience. Experience in managing a team is essential. You are expected to develop a good working understanding of the industry and product/services we offer. Experience in contract and commercial agreements essential. Ability to demonstrate building strong relationships either across department or with clients Ability to communicate to a high standard to ensure excellent quality of service Good problem solver and conflict resolution skills essential Experience in Logistics/Shipping or Laboratory/Testing protocols essential. You will have the ability to build up strong relationships across different departments. You must hold a Full UK Driving Licence and hold a Valid Passport.
