Careers Education Information, Advice & Guidance (CEIAG) Administrator Grade 4 - 38 Weeks Permanent Contract 21 hours: 8.00am – 3.30pm (3 DAYS TO BE AGREED) Salary: Grade 4 (Point 5 to 6) £11,833.90 - £12,293.70 (ACTUAL SALARY) dependent on level of service Required for a start in the Summer Term we are looking for an administrator to support the whole school by facilitating and running our work experience programme under the guidance of our Careers Leader. In addition to this the successful candidate will also support across the whole school supporting with one off careers events and trips throughout the academic year. The successful candidate should be organised and enthusiastic, with a knowledge of school work experience programmes and/or Post 16 options available to students of all abilities. They will need to possess excellent communication skills as the role requires supporting students directly as well as supporting and working alongside external providers, and supporting school staff to stay up to date with changes in guidance and legislation. The successful candidate will have a passion for supporting pupils with their careers aspirations and helping to guide them into the next steps.
