What You’ll Be Doing:
* Plan and deliver engaging lessons that meet the needs of all pupils.
* Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that supports every learner.
* Support pupils' academic and personal development through exciting and meaningful learning experiences.
* Assess and track student progress, providing feedback to help them grow.
* Collaborate with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for all students.
Requirements of Class Teacher:
* Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
* Strong understanding of the national curriculum and effective teaching strategies.
* Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
* A passion for teaching and helping young people reach their full potential.
* An updated CV and an enhanced DBS registered on the update service (or willing to apply for one).
