This successful company works with companies within retail, construction, trade and are part of a wider group working internationally with very well known brands. As they grow they are hiring for an Internal Sales Manager to lead a small team and manage their CRM System. As the Internal Sales Manager, you will report to the Managing Director and be responsible for; Providing leadership and Management of team of 3 Sales Administration staff members in line with company strategies, policies and procedures. Supporting the introduction and running of a new Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP system coming in the future (SAP) Maintaining accurate Sales price list in our ERP and CRM system Ensuring accurate records Sales Administration team activities in our CRM are maintained Overseeing the generation and delivery of sales quotations Ensuring Sales orders are contract reviewed and processed in a accurate and timely manner in the ERP system Ensuring customer complaints and enquiries are managed and processed in an effective and timely manner Dealing with the companies field sales team enquiries Maintaining accurate records customer interaction records in the CRM system Develop, maintain and report Sales administration KPIs Raising manual invoices/credit notes Maintaining good internal and external customer service and relations Any other tasks relating to Sales administration as required.
