As a Machine Operator II, you will operate and maintain complex manufacturing equipment. You will also collaborate with the team to maintain production efficiency and meet targets. Your responsibilities will include:
1. Operating and monitoring a variety of machines to ensure consistent quality and output.
2. Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet quality standards.
3. Conducting regular inspections of machinery and performing preventive maintenance as needed.
4. Supporting new machine operators and encouraging cross-functional collaboration with other departments.
5. Seeking ways to improve machine efficiency and reduce wastage to increase productivity.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing setting.
2. Familiarity with various types of machinery and their functions.
3. Knowledge of quality control procedures and inspection techniques.
4. Effective communication skills with team members.
5. Ability to stand for long periods of time.
