Archer UK currently have an exciting new role for a Maintenance Systems Compliance Co-Ordinator. The successful candidate should be task-focused, take responsibility for their work, and always show good attention to detail. This role will be based in our Blackburn premises in Aberdeen. Hybrid work options will be offered once competent in the role.
This role will provide support for the maintenance department by managing and reporting on compliance of various aspects of the Client’s Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP) / Maximo, as well as assisting in the development of the aforementioned system and maintaining data in the operation management system (Sharepoint).
Key Responsibilities:
* Produce Safety Critical and General Backlog Reports.
* Produce Look Ahead Reports.
* Report monthly on the number of work orders completed and planned for each platform.
* Prepare month-end compliance reports for the client.
* Manage and process change requests for the Maintenance Management System as per the Client’s change management policy.
* Manage and process deferral requests for the Maintenance Management System as per the Client’s deferral policy.
* Monitor and report on the Reliability of Safety Critical Elements for each platform.
* Inform all members of the onshore maintenance team of any non-compliant work orders, outstanding deferrals, and Safety Critical Elements outside of reliability tolerances.
* Be capable of training offshore users to their required standard on the Maintenance Management System.
* Assist in the development of the Maintenance Management System, including raising change requests as required.
* Liaise with the onshore maintenance team to produce work plans for shutdown rigs.
* Update the platform as required.
* Complete any other reasonable tasks as delegated by the Maintenance Engineer, such as creating new equipment in SAP.
* Be fully conversant with Archer policies and promote them at all opportunities.
* Be proactive in supporting Company safety initiatives.
