This pivotal role focuses on generating leads, managing impactful campaigns, and collaborating with key partners to elevate our brand and secure long-term market positioning. Measure and analyse lead generation for continuous improvement and increased ROI Analyse market trends and customer insights to identify new opportunities for lead generation in line with business growth goals, such as Amazon. Collaborate with the Sales Team to create Account Based Marketing plans and execute support. Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns targeted towards B2B clientele, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and business objectives. Leading Client-Focused and Cost-Effective Marketing Strategy: Utilizing CRM systems to create, inform, and optimise highly targeted marketing campaigns, including email marketing; social media initiatives; and in-print media, which positively impacts ROI. Oversee all communication channels, including website content, social media, email marketing, and PR initiatives, to maintain a consistent brand voice and messaging. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing communications with product launches, promotions, and other business activities, and delegate tasks to other departments or teams when appropriate to optimize efficiency and ensure strategic focus within the marketing function. Lead the development of marketing collateral, sales materials, presentations, and other assets tailored to B2B audiences, showcasing product features, benefits, and value propositions. Monitor closely the use of creative teams, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of marketing assets and website development and suggest improvements where necessary. Lead the strategic planning and execution of a brand refresh initiative, ensuring the brand identity reflects the company’s values, market position, and growth aspirations. Monitor brand sentiment and market trends, proactively adjusting branding and messaging to align with customer needs and industry developments Conduct brand audits to assess current perceptions, identify gaps, and ensure alignment with customer and market expectations. Able to provide recommendations to review and optimise the pricing strategy along with market trends and business objectives Competencies and Skills Proficiency in measuring and analysing lead generation strategies, campaign performance, and ROI to drive continuous improvement. Expertise in setting clear objectives, KPIs, and targets, and ensuring accountability for results. Proven ability to plan, execute, and optimize integrated campaigns across multiple channels, with a focus on B2B audiences Expertise in developing and executing strategies to attract potential B2B clients and end-users via various channels (digital marketing, email campaigns, events, etc.).
