We are seeking a 3rd Line Infrastructure Support Engineer to join our team in Weybridge, working 2 days a week in a hybrid environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing support to the ongoing transformation of the cloud journey, keeping in-house systems up to date and working closely with the 2nd line team.
The role requires a good understanding of ITIL methodology, experience with Change Management, Vsphere, Vcentre, SAN environment, Networking experience: DHCP, DNS, Back up disaster recovery and experience with Meraki and Cisco.
The company offers a total package of £53,000 and opportunities for overtime.
Key responsibilities:
* 3rd line support of in-house O365 cloud experience
* Good understanding of ITIL methodology

The role is due to internal promotions and offers a hybrid working arrangement with visits to the Weybridge office around 2 days a week.
