Office Administration: Manage day-to-day office needs, including supplies, visitor reception, and travel arrangements. Coordination & Communication: Act as the main point of contact for project and office queries, facilitating meetings and updates. Reporting: Prepare regular project progress and KPI reports. Document Control: Organise and ensure compliance of all project documents. Health & Safety: Assist in maintaining a compliant and safe workspace. Qualifications: A-levels or equivalent; a degree in business/project management is a plus. 1-3 years in administration, ideally in project support. Knowledge of Microsoft Office is essential; familiarity with QuickBooks or CRM software is a bonus. Strong organisational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Additional Requirements: Knowledge of Health & Safety regulations, familiarity with ISO standards, and basic project management understanding (Agile, PRINCE2) preferred.
