Talent pipelining when not working within a hiring window
Understand and keep up to date with market trends, information, key movers, and projects to ensure high level conversations with candidates and to drive their own market knowledge
Managing and guiding candidates through recruitment process from the application to start date
Representing the business at recruitment events and exhibitions
Relationship building and stakeholder management experience
Awareness of personal brand and impact across the business
Building Talent Pools
Monitoring all applications via LinkedIn Recruiter & job boards
Telephone screening candidates ensuring you provide a good level of vacancy briefing to gauge interest & the skills meet the request of internal stakeholders and job spec.
Monitoring and updating the ATS accordingly.
