Responsibilities:
* Develop a business plan and sales strategy for your customers’ base, Regional Accounts, Strategic Independent Key Accounts, Distributors and Buying Groups that ensures attainment of company sales goals, consumer visibility of our brands, products and profitability and expansion the business
* Initiate and coordinate development of action plans to grow sales and gain market shares with your customers
* Identify independent customers who are best serviced through a distributor rather than direct, promote this business model where appropriate
* Maintain and improve the visibility of our products and brands within your customer base, instore, catalogue and online, in particular focusing on the company’s core range of focus products and NPD
* Manage the relationship between our business and your customer base, lead the development of multi-contact communication across sales, marketing, finance and operations
* Collaborate with the marketing department to ensure the development and implementation of marketing plans within your customer base. Manage customer support budgets for your account base.
* Compile and analyse sales figures and you provide timely feedback to the senior management team
* Manage and maintain competitive pricing files providing timely and accurate updates to the business
* Manage and maintain product forecasts providing timely and accurate updates to the business ensuring the overall company’s objectives and targets related to stockholding are considered for your customers
* Provide regular sales, product and financial forecasts to the senior management team
* Monitor competitor activity and provide regular updates and recommendations to the business
* Consider potential new customers and sales channels for the business and make recommendations to introduce our range of products to a range of new trade partners and consumers
* Provide regular feedback and recommendations to improve our product offering, to improve the visibility of our brand with your customer base
