Your mission
As a Product Owner, you'll be the bridge between business chaos and technical solutions. You'll work side-by-side with a Solution Architect to transform operational nightmares into digital experiences clients didn't know were possible.

* Client reality: Managing 2-4 development cycles across 3-4 clients at once.
* Project mix: Both multi-sprint transformations and focused component customisations.
* Commercial freedom: No pricing or sales responsibilities. We handle that so you can focus on delivery.
* Support system: Co-founders stay involved and have your back in difficult client situations.
* Remote life: Quarterly team meetups with workshops and innovation time. Flexible schedule.
A day in your life might include
* Mapping a luxury brand's production process with their Head of Operations
* Creating user stories for a fashion brand's product development workflow
* Demoing a solution that makes a client team's eyes light up
* Refining the backlog with your Solution Architect to maximise sprint impact
* Running a retrospective that takes your delivery approach to the next level
You need
* Deep understanding of ecommerce operations and product lifecycles
* Proven ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships
* Technical understanding of business systems concepts
* Exceptional communication and translation skills
* Strong organisational capabilities and analytical mindset
