Since 2021, Famileo has been growing strongly in the BtoB UK market, with over 200 care homes and several thousand users who use our solution. About the Job We are now looking for a Regional Sales Representive (South West, West Midlands & Wales) to join our growing team, starting from May or June, 2025. You will report directly to our UK Head of Sales and you will be responsible for developing the portfolio in South West, West Midlands & Wales. We’re offering you the chance to develop in an environment where initiative and autonomy are important - all in an ultra-dynamic, expert atmosphere. As you will be working for a French Company, you will be travelling at least twice a year in Saint-Malo, France, to strengthen the relationships with the team and for trainings. You will be regularly travelling in your region, that would be ideal if you are based near Bristol (location open to discussion). The role and your responsibilities Actively prospect and identify new business opportunities across the region within the care home sector (cold calling, emails, social networks); Schedule, organize, and execute trips to meet prospects in person at their locations; Conduct engaging, tailored demonstrations of Famileo’s platform to showcase its value; Attend networking and sector specific events; Build and nurture strong relationships with potential clients; Provide feedback and insights to the marketing and product teams to improve outreach strategies; Ensuring regular and accurate reporting, using our CRM (Pipedrive); Achieve and exceed sales targets.
