Role Overview
The Estate Manager is responsible for ensuring that all of the company’s car parks remain fully operational. You will manage site maintenance, monitor system performance, and ensure prompt resolution of any issues. This is a key role that directly impacts the performance of the company’s parking solutions and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Maintenance Coordination: Monitor and resolve hardware and site-related issues, ensuring compliance with SLAs.
* Issue Management: Assign and prioritize JIRA tickets for reported site maintenance problems and ensure timely resolution. Contractor Oversight: Obtain quotes, assign tasks, and manage contractors for hardware repairs and maintenance. Hardware
* Functionality: Conduct routine checks and liaise with technical teams to ensure all hardware (e.g., cameras, payment systems) is operational. Cost Tracking: Log and monitor all maintenance-related expenses for each site. Database Management: Maintain and update a database of contractors and vendors used across various geographical areas.
* Client Communication: Collaborate with Account Management and Customer Services to update clients on maintenance progress and resolutions.
* Analysis & Reporting: Conduct reviews of sites with frequent support tickets and implement strategies to reduce recurring issues.
* Compliance: Ensure all site maintenance activities adhere to company’s quality and operational standards.
Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum 3 years in estate management, facilities management, or a similar role.
* Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with hardware troubleshooting and operational system maintenance.
* Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
* Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with clients, contractors, and internal teams.
* Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to identifying and resolving operational issues.
* Tech-Savvy: Experience with JIRA or similar ticketing systems is highly desirable.
