Pinnacle Group is looking for an Experienced Retail Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our retail properties. You will be joining our Security Team based in Burton town centre. Your role will involve monitoring premises, conducting regular patrols, responding to incidents, and maintaining detailed reports. You will need to be observant, reliable, and possess excellent communication skills. This is a Full-Time Permanent Role You will be working a 4-day week from Saturday to Tuesday on the following shift patterns. Key responsibilities will include: Take accurate notes to complete reports, logbook entries and all relevant paperwork to a high standard - including reporting in detail any incidents occurring whilst on duty Carry out routine foot patrols around the site and help with the locking and unlocking of premises Liaison with local authorities including police, emergency healthcare services or even fire extinguishers in case of an emergency Security is also responsible for a handful of small cleaning duties, emptying bins and dealing with any spills on the mall. Also cleaning the mall floor after closing hours using the scrubber drier machine Key requirements: Valid SIA Front Line Licence You will need to evidence your honesty and reliability and always maintain a sense of pride in your professionalism in delivering excellent customer service. Be able to access, control and manage a large crowd of people efficiently and quickly. Full 5-year checkable work history Candidates MUST live within a short distance of the centre in case of call out to any alarm activations which are payable.
