Job Description:
How we make the difference in Regulatory and Risk
Our Regulatory & Risk Advisory Graduate programme is designed to give you the experience and core consulting skills you need to start your career effectively. You'll develop your commercial understanding and business acumen to deliver value to our clients.
The work is interesting, varied, and high-profile. In a complex economic climate, clients and Regulators are focusing more on risk and regulatory issues.
You can expect to work in the following areas:
* Modelling and Model Risk Management: Working with clients on model development, validation, and governance, including learning coding languages and supporting climate and credit risk modelling.
* Financial Risk and Resilience: Supporting clients in prudential regulatory, ESG, and insurance risks, providing assurance, deal support, and optimization services.
* Wholesale: Assisting wholesale clients with conduct risk, risk transformation, internal controls, and non-financial reporting regulation.
* Retail: Focusing on retail clients, including conduct, consumer protection, operational resilience, and CASS, across various sectors.
Growth Opportunities
The three-year programme allows you to build experience and develop expertise in Risk management, with support toward the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification.
Teams You May Join
You will work across teams advising on regulatory compliance and integrating sustainability into Risk management, helping clients solve business problems with tailored solutions.
If you're curious, resilient, and agile, you could thrive with us.
Application Link and Entry Requirements
We value diverse perspectives and encourage applications from all backgrounds. Typical requirements include GCSE Math and English Grade 5 or B*, 120 UCAS points from top 3 A Levels, and a 2:1 undergraduate degree. Applications are reviewed holistically, including socio-economic background and extenuating circumstances.
Training and Development
We offer comprehensive training, including an immersive induction, ongoing courses, and support for the FRM certification, delivered both online and in-centre. Our hybrid model requires travel to training locations, with resources available to maximize learning.
