Providing high-quality secretarial and administrative support to solicitors and paralegals within the conveyancing team Transcribing dictation from a digital dictation system Production of accurate, timely and professionally presented documentation Scanning, allocating, filing, photocopying and archiving legal paperwork Managing files on our case management system Handling telephone calls including liaising with clients and other professional contacts Supporting solicitors and paralegals with diary management, including organising meetings Completing any other duties as requested by your line manager or other more senior colleagues within the firm Maintaining confidentiality in accordance with the requirements of the firm and GDPR
