Main Duties
Content Strategy & Development
Develop and execute a comprehensive content marketing strategy aligned with business objectives and audience needs.
Create high-impact content, including whitepapers, technical guides, case studies, blog articles, product documentation, and data reports.
Work closely with subject matter experts (SMEs) to ensure content accuracy and relevance.
Content Creation & Coordination
Oversee the production of engaging content across multiple formats including blog posts, videos, social media content, case studies, landing pages, and email campaigns.
Translate complex environmental and geospatial data into user-friendly content for both technical and non-technical audiences.
Develop technical documentation and product collateral to support sales, marketing, and customer success teams.
Ensure content is aligned with the brands voice and messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels.
Collaborate with the Digital Design & Media team to ensure all content is visually appealing and engaging.
Content governance
Maintain a content library, ensuring all materials are current, accurate, and aligned with brand guidelines.
Work with other team members to ensure best practices for content management, SEO, and data-driven performance tracking.
Event Promotion & Content
Partner with the Events Manager to create compelling content for both pre-event promotion and post-event engagement (e.g., event invitations, blog posts, email campaigns, video content).
Ensure event-related content is integrated into broader content marketing initiatives to maximise reach and engagement.
Data-Driven Decision Making
Leverage insights and data from the Data & Campaigns team to track content performance, refine strategies, and improve content effectiveness.
Report on content ROI and KPIs, adjusting strategies as necessary to optimise engagement, lead generation and conversions.
Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment
Work closely with the Digital Marketing, Events, and Data & Campaigns teams to ensure seamless content integration and execution across all marketing initiatives.
Partner with marketing, product, sales and data science teams to align content with product developments and industry trends.
Support thought leadership initiatives, including webinars, speaking engagements, and industry publications.
Supporting our policies in the interests of good governance and our commitment to B Corp certification.
About you
Qualifications
5 GCSEs at grade A C (or equivalent)
Professional certification from Chartered Institute of Marketing or the Institute of Data and Marketing
Relevant experience
5+ years of experience in content marketing,
Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams including product, sales and marketing;
Knowledge of property due diligence, conveyancing, environmental risk or climate related risks
Strong understanding of SEO best practices and digital marketing channels (social media, email marketing, paid media)
Exceptional writing, editing and communication skills
Experience with content management systems (e.g., WordPress) and analytics tools (Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.)
Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines
