The Duties:
The purpose of the role is to be the first point of contact for internal and external customers for the reporting of repairs. The role will involve;
Answer phone calls from residents and clients in the housing and healthcare facilities
Raising repair requests, ensuring that all relevant information is logged accurately on the in-house reporting system (Planet FM)
Providing updates on jobs
Ensure that any update notes are added to all jobs with sufficient detail, and that they are fully up to date and accurate;
Actively monitor the communal email folders for repairs reported and action where appropriate within the given Service Level Agreement (SLA);
This role is predominantly telephone based and will involve the logging of jobs in the system. Working in a contact centre environment for a maintenance contractor or housing association would be good to see
