Providing an effective and efficient service in the day-to-day administration requirements for the faculty. You will be proficient in the use of office technology including work processing, databases, spreadsheets. You will have demonstrable office and administrative experience and have the ability to develop and maintain systems for the recording and monitoring of apprenticeship activity. You should have extensive experience in the use of spreadsheets and all Microsoft Office applications. You will have excellent interpersonal skills demonstrating this daily and providing an excellent and professional standard of customer service. You will have a proactive and professional approach and be able to demonstrate good organisational capabilities, being able to work effectively within a team and by their own initiative.
