Job Title: CNC Operator
Job Type: Days based, Perm
Location: Bridgwater
Hours: 7am-4pm Mon-Thurs / 7am-1.30pm Friday with paid lunch breaks

Responsibilities:
Safely operate / use the machine (After Training).
Conduct inspection of parts being produced by the machine they are operating (After Training).
Produce conforming parts to the drawings.
Complete deburring operations as required (After Training).
Change inserts when required (After Training).
Ensure all documentation is completed accurately.
Use the SFDC (Shop Floor Data Collection) to clock on and off the jobs accurately (After Training).
Report non-conforming parts on SFDC and to the team leader (After Training).
Conduct part marking when required (After Training).
To be able to use all relevant Metrology Equipment (After Training).
To be able to use CMM Measuring Equipment (After Training).
Take notes to refer to and to ask for further help and training when needed (After Training).
Work as an active team member and provide cover for other team members when required.
Work in a collaborative and non-confrontational way.
This is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities and may be added to by a manager or the Managing Director.
To run multiple machines where possible to maintain production.
