The Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen to join a respected law firm known for delivering expert legal advice to both businesses and individuals. With the continued expansion of the firm’s Credit Hire department, they are looking to appoint a Litigation Executive to conduct detailed investigations on Credit Hire cases.
In this position, you’ll manage a caseload of credit hire files, working under the guidance of a Technical Supervisor. The ideal candidate will have experience in handling a credit hire caseload and be comfortable managing complex cases.
The Ideal Candidate:
* Experience in managing a litigated Credit Hire caseload
* Minimum of 5 GCSEs or equivalent; a degree/LPC is desirable
* Skilled in meeting deadlines, prioritising, and handling varied workloads
* Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Strong legal acumen and leadership skills, with attention to detail
* Excellent organisational, time-management, and communication skills
